• Is there a minimum order?

    We do not a minimum order but for orders worth ₱500 and above, we will deliver your order for free! Should your order fall below the amount needed to qualify for free delivery, a ₱200 delivery fee will apply. Make sure that your delivery address is within our covered area.

  • What are your operating hours?

    Processing of orders is from Mondays to Fridays between 9AM and 3PM (excluding holidays and weekends). Orders placed beyond 3PM, and on holidays/weekends, will be processed the following business day.

  • Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

    Cash on Delivery or COD payment method is now available in key areas in the Philippines.

    Please ensure that the exact payment amount is prepared as our delivery team may not have change on hand.

    1. COD Areas Covered
    Cash on Delivery payment option is currently available in key areas nationwide. Please wait for our official announcement as soon as we can expand our coverage to other areas.

    2. Delivery Waiting Time
    Our Delivery Team will only wait for a maximum of ten (10) minutes upon arrival at the specified delivery address. This will allow us to maintain our service level to all of our customers.

    3. COD Payment Method Suspension
    Cash on Delivery payment option will be suspended to Customers who will have at least two (2) failed deliveries within 30 days. The COD suspension will be lifted automatically once the next delivery using other cashless payment methods is successful.


    Failed deliveries include orders that are not delivered due to:
    • Customer's refusal or inability to accept or pay for the order Incorrect shipping address provided
    • Unavailable/unknown consignee
    • Customer’s failure to show up within the maximum waiting time allowance of ten (10) minutes

    4. COD Maximum Order
    Amount For security reasons, we cannot accommodate orders with value greater than ₱2,500 using Cash on Delivery and will be automatically cancelled.

  • When will I receive my order?

    We are requesting for your patience as we review and process your orders and queries.

    You may expect the delivery of your orders within 1-3 working days for customers with addresses in Central Business Districts once your order has been paid and confirmed. For areas outside CBDs, we request for your patience for the occasional lead time extension of up to 5 working days. We are currently unable to delivery on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and on National Holidays. We will update you once your order is ready for delivery. Our team will also contact you via call or SMS right before the delivery to ensure that the orders will be accepted by you or an authorized representative.

  • Is there a shipping fee?

    Our Home Delivery service is available in key cities nationwide. We offer free shipping for a minimum purchase of ₱500.* For orders that will fall below the minimum amount required, a standard shipping fee of ₱200 will apply.

  • Can I return or exchange my order?

    Our products go through thorough quality checking before delivery. Please double check the items upon receipt of your order to make sure that it is complete and of good quality.

    If your product arrives damaged, please send us an e-mail at homedelivery@naturespring.com.ph regarding the details of your concern. Please be ready with a photo and/or video documenting the concern for verification purposes. Be sure to take note and relay your order number so that we can easily trace your order.

  • What are the conditions for returning and exchanging my order?

    You must report any concern regarding your order within five (5) days from the date of receipt of your order, together with a proof of purchase (through an invoice/receipt).

    Due to the nature of our products, the following are not acceptable bases for returning/exchanging your order:

    1. Sudden change of mind
    2. Customer's order placement mistake (i.e. Purified Drinking Water was ordered and delivered instead of Distilled Drinking Water)
    3. Negligence or mishandling of the customer
    4. Return/exchange of products received as donation or gift
    5. Sudden discovery of a new promo
    6. Return of products bought elsewhere (i.e. grocery, convenience store, other marketplaces)
  • Can I cancel my order?

    In case of emergencies or fortuitous events, please contact us immediately for needed changes and/or cancellations. We will also closely coordinate with you in case of needed changes and/or cancellations from our end.

    For refunds due to valid returns or cancellations, our processing lead time is 1-5 business days. Refund fees will apply. You may review the applicable fees, fill up and submit a refund request form by visiting https://bit.ly/NSRefund.
